Employee Bio
Lisa M. Peck/ Lead Infant Caregiver
(248) 623 4601
Dear new parents,
My name is Lisa Peck, and I am the lead teacher at Circle Time childcare & Preschool. I have been employed at Circle Time since 2005, and have over 15 years of experience with infants and toddlers. I know how hard it can be to leave your little one in a new place, but I guarantee your child will be well cared for here at Circle Time. In the infant room we spent time with each child individually rocking them, reading stories or singing to them. We also provide designated times for tummy activities, and infant massage. Each child in the infant room is cared for as if they were our own.
Each parent with a child under the age of two years is provided with a daily detailed chart stating every feeding, diaper change and nap. Because your little ones are not yet on a schedule we log all of their daily information. Upon enrollment we ask all new parents to write a in depth letter letting us know how your baby likes to be fed, rocked, or snuggled, we want to keep the transition from home to childcare as simple as possible.
As a lead caregiver at Circle Time I have training in First Aid, CPR, and Blood Bourne Pathogen. I also attend seven classes per month at Ashford University to better educate myself on infant/toddler care. I have had a background check through both the local police department and the State of Michigan.
As a parent, I understand how difficult it is to return to work after having your child. I also have children; my daughter Jessica is 15 years old and my son Luke is a 4 year old preschooler here at Circle Time.
Stop in and visit our classroom, you won’t be disappointed!!!
