Circle Time has two primary care givers in this classroom to insure that your child is building strong and healthy connections to their teacher.  Our two teachers are Miss. Nina and Susan. Within our school day your children will participate in singing, vocabulary, small motor skills, large motor skills, and so much more that will help the development of a young preschooler. 2 year old toddlers are exploring the world around them, and realizing other children are also playmates. Children in our older toddler rooms learn cognitive, motor, physical, and emotional skills, through play as they enjoy their day at school. In the older toddler room, classroom teachers will help to potty train your youngsters; because potty training is such an important task for a small child we want to be sure that we are using the same strategies the parents are using at home.

Circle Time will provide breakfast and lunch for your little one; we just ask that once per month you bring a snack for your child’s class. A snack may consist of Crackers, pretzels, yogurt, Gold fish, or Fresh fruit & Vegetables. Please remember to include a juice or milk when purchasing snacks for your child’s classroom.

All toddlers are diapered in the designated diaper changing area. Circle Time has a diapering station in each room and it is sanitized in a four step process after every diaper change. Care givers change the children every hour and a half, keeping your child dry and happy is our first priority. Parents are asked to provide diapers and wipes; you may provide them daily or store extra belongings here.  

Every child that participates in our lunch program will be provided with a nutritious breakfast and lunch. For breakfast, Circle Time provides a four grain cereal with vitamin D milk and fresh fruit. For lunch your children are served fresh fruit and vegetables with their main dish.

In the warmer months the toddlers enjoy their day on our playground, learning to run, jump, and share with their friends.

We ask that parents bring:

• Diaper bag

• Diapers & Wipes

• Change of cloths

• Special toy or blanket for rest time

• Snack one time per Month
